John has been a licensed Realtor since 2006. He has assisted hundreds of buyers, sellers, and investors. In addition to his real estate team, he owns an investment company    that purchases, renovates and remodels homes.  John’s interests include The Miracle League of the Triangle, where he sponsors and coaches a team, coaching youth  basketball, being a youth leader in his church, and the joys and blessings associated with being a father to his two girls, Hannah and Hope.  He is an ordained minister and a graduate of Campbell University with his Masters in Divinity.  He firmly believes in contribution and service to helping others.

Molly is a native of Raleigh.  She graduated from Strayer University with a degree in business administration.  Molly has been working in real estate since 2002 in various fields, including Residential Real Estate Finance, Residential Real Estate Leasing and Sales and various fields of Commercial Real Estate.  The predominant theme throughout her career thus far has been customer service. Wil Alcantara, born in New York City and raised in the Dominican Republic, is a lover of burgers, platanos, and real estate. A few years after moving to Raleigh in 2015, Wil decided to pursue a career as a real estate broker and investor. His deep passion for entrepreneurship led him to create his real estate investment firm, Vogelkop Real Estate Investment Group, where he purchases distressed properties to fix and flip or hold them as part of his rental portfolio. Throughout his venture, he has also developed a career as a real estate broker and has helped others successfully find properties to purchase and rent. His real estate career has opened up doors for him to serve the community by teaching others how to invest in real estate, finding homes for relocating families, and support local charities/non-profits like “The Miracle League of the Triangle” (https://www.mltriangle.com/). Wil spends most of his time with his wife trying out new food spots in the downtown Raleigh area and beyond, as well as playing video games and grilling with his friends. George is a native of New Jersey.  He has a Masters Degree in Social Work; serving as a case worker in both New Jersey and North Carolina.  He is currently a licensed real estate broker with commercial and residential experience. He has sold a range of properties from condominiums to multiplexes to million dollar homes. His approaches to selling properties are creative, out of the box, and successful. George is a personal friend of the UB4ME Foundation, having supported it from it's developmental days.  Having worked with George, we can personally attest to his character and integrity.  We are proud to have him as a Realtor member.

Terrell Johnson grew up in Atlanta and relocated to Cary with his family in 2012.  Finding inspiration from his mother, who wasd a Realtor, and father, who was  areal estate investor, Terrell earned his real estate license after attending Catawba College, and is the newest addition to the J. Davison Realty Group team.  Before joining the team Terrell spent two years in the retail business, as well as working with children at the YMCA.  Terrell's interests include sports, weight training, and learning and teaching about financial literacy.

Craig is the Broker-in-Charge for Fathom Realty for the western Triangle area including Chatham, Orange, Durham, Person and Alamance Counties. He has seventeen years experience in the real estate industry, primarily in residential real estate. He has been with Fathom Realty for over seven years, including the last five as Broker-in-Charge. Craig is often seen leading food drives and giving back to his community in bog ways.  Prior to joining Fathom Realty, he was with Prudential Carolinas Realty (now Berkshire Hathaway Home Services). His previous career was in computer software design. Craig was with Nortel Networks for fifteen years as both a software developer and software development manager, and then with Eli Lilly for two years as a software development manager.
